Though
her original birthplace remains unknown, Mandi began making a name for herself as
part of the Floral Girl Gang in The Slums, but soon proved to be far superior
than the average member of that gang, and left the Slums quickly to begin
fighting in the Outer City. She was notorious
for her unwashed fighting panties, stained with all manner of bodily fluids,
that she delighted in using to finish enemies off for good with a nasty dirty
