Jill was born on January 12th, 2454 in the Rocky Isles, where she spent her girlhood. While there she fought for House Blonde through four years of Junior Academy. She set out on her own at age 18 and began fighting in individual combat sports. She started out continuing to wear her House Blonde uniform (minus top) but changed after claiming the lime green fighting panties that she wears from her first kill, which she made in a seedy underground fighting venue in The Rocky Isles three months after turning 18.,Not long after that she made the trip to Green Tower City. Upon Ishmael's arrival in 2473 she was living in the Outer City, frequenting the so called OC Fighting Circuit. She is a mid range fighter who typically wins a little over half her fights.
