MUTO-DOGS

Muto Dogs are wild dogs that roam the alleys and desolate abandoned industrial areas of the Outer City and the Slums.  They are descended from animals that were mutated but somehow survived the nuclear desolation of the Final War.  They mostly travel at night and do not pose much of a threat to people, though they drag off and eat any bodies of dead fighters they find.  They frequently linger near fighting venues such as The Bloody Mattress and The Padded Room which often hold death matches and dump the losers of the fights out back for them to dispose of.  Though they are fairly harmless, great measures are taken to prevent them from entering the Inner City, and any that do soon find themselves transported back over the wall and out into the Slums.
