The Executioner is a mysterious woman who seems to own and operate the equally mysterious Poison Lair. She wears an executioner’s hood and announces the fights and also serves as the enforcer of the few rules of the Poison Lair. She has a license to dispense lethal justice from the Green Tower City Council under special circumstances during a fight at The Poison Lair. For instance, if a fighter produces an illegal foreign object during a fight, she can (and will) beat the girl senseless and declare her the loser or leave her for the other fighter to finish, and if it’s a death match she can kill her. Rules almost never get broken at the Poison lair. (Though it has happened, and The Executioner has proven to be very skilled in subduing a rule breaker.)
