WARNING BELL RULES
The
vast majority of fighting venues in the Outer and Inner City employ standard
Warning Bell Rules, though it varies on how they are enforced from venue to
venue. Basically, all such venues have
the standard tech allowing the moderators of the fight to be alerted when a
fighter is nearing death and will then ring a warning bell. In most venues, serious punishment will be
meted out if the victorious fighter continues the attack, and especially if a
kill takes place. Therefore, it is
understood that Warning Bell Rules indicates a fight is not to the death, and
once the bell is rung no more potentially lethal attacks will be tolerated. Non-lethal torture and humiliation is always
not only allowed but encouraged.
