(Color Commentary
for this bout is being provided by Midge and Madge, a retired 2 fighter sister
team who enjoyed an excellent fighting career in the 2440’s and have done
commentary for special grudge fights for the last couple decades)
MIDGE: “Well folks, here
we are at the Mat Club…and MAN do we have a match up in store for us tonight!”
MADGE: “You aren’t kidding, sis. I’ve been waiting to see these two square off
again for a long time, and this is sure to be the fight to end all fights!”
MIDGE: “Well, we have
a few minutes before the announcements will begin, so what is their background,
Madge? How many times have these two
clashed before? Can you give us their history?”
MADGE: “Well, thanks
to Ishmael and his profound record keeping, I can pretty much lay out their
entire fight history. Looks like the
first time they fought was on February 9th, 2474 at the Bloody Mattress. Stephanie won that fight and
the next one at The Junkyard. Since then
they have battled 15 more times, and the vast majority of these fights have taken
place in one of their bedrooms in front of Ishmael. Stephanie has the lead in victories at 9 to
7. They also have one draw at The Fight Pit.
MIDGE: “Ooooh, tell
me how that happened!”
MADGE: “Well it was a
4 way brawl that also included Beth and Monique. (This was the year before The Fight Pit got
it’s professional venue designation, so it goes down as an amateur bout.) In that match Harmony and Stephanie went at
each other right from the opening bell while Beth calmly beat Monique into a
pulp, waited for them to weaken each other, then destroyed them both once they
were already worn out from fighting each other. “
MIDGE: “Wow I would
love to see the holovid on that one!”
MAGE: “You and me
both, sis!”
MIDGE: “All right,
Madge, so do you have any predictions about this bout?”
MADGE: “REALLY tough
to call. One thing I guarantee, only one
of them is leaving the mat alive. In fact
it wouldn’t surprise me if they killed each other. Stephanie does NOT take slaves and we saw
Harmony enslave Emily in the last round, so she is highly unlikely to want
another one. I have to say I would not
be willing to place a bet on this fight.
How about you?”
MIDGE: “Yeah all bets
are off on this one. It could go either
way, but you are right about one thing, only one of these women is leaving here
alive tonight! Also interesting to note
each of them has made one kill in this tournament so far. Harmony finished off Amy in the second round,
beating her to death with her own knee pad and Stephanie killed Sing Li in
Round Three with a brutal knee to the- “
Suddenly the lights go out and the entire arena is plunged
into inky blackness. A second later the
overhead spotlight switches on, illuminating the large tan mat in the center of
the arena floor. The crowd explodes with
excitement.
MADGE: “All
right! It’s almost fight time! And wait….is that the Executioner? What is SHE doing here?”
The mysterious masked Executioner, resident MC of The Poison
Lair, has stepped up onto the mat, carrying her trusty megaphone.
MIDGE: “I guess she has
loaned herself out from The Poison Lair tonight just for this fight! All eyes are definitely on this bout. I would be willing to bet there are no other
fights taking place anywhere in the Inner or Outer City at this time.
(The color commentators are correct. All other venues are either closed for the
day or are showing a simulcast of this match.
The Executioner raises a hand and the whole arena falls silent. She raises the megaphone to her lips and her sultry
voice booms out over the silence.)
“LADIES AND ISHMAEL!!! ARE YOU READY FOR THE FINAL FIGHT OF
THIS TOURNAMENT?”
The crowd roars its approval.
“I SAID ARE YOU READY FOR THE FINAL FIGHT OF THIS
TOURNAMENT?”
The bloodthirsty women filling the sold out arena scream at
the tops of their lungs, affirmatively. Ishmael just sits in silence in his mat side
throne, keeping his face a mask of impartiality as always.
“NOW APPROACHING THE MAT FROM THE WEST SIDE OF THE ARENA…IN
THE LIGHT GREEN TERRYCLOTH PANTIES…..HARMONY!!!”
A huge cheer goes up from the crowd, though a few boos and
hisses are interspersed. Some folks are
still peeved that she chose to enslave her last opponent rather than kill
her. Harmony seems unconcerned with the
opinion of the spectators as she marches towards the mat. She goes straight to her corner and simply
stands there, looking confident and ready for battle as always. In most bouts anywhere in and around GreenTower City, the usual protocol is for each fighter to have a make out session
with Ishmael before the opening bell, but during this tournament a different
routine has been established. Each of
the fighters has had a one hour session with Ishmael sometime before the match,
though only he knows who he was with last.
The Executioner finishes her introduction.
“HARMONY IS 23 YEARS OLD!
HER PRO RECORD STANDS AT 112 WINS…39 LOSSES…AND 27 KILLS!”
Harmony stands stoically in her corner. No time is wasted before the next fighter is
introduced.
“AND NOW….APPROACHING THE MAT FROM THE EAST SIDE OF THE
ARENA…IN THE GRAY PANTIES…STEPHANIE!!!”
Another loud roar of approval from the spectators, mixed in
with a few boos and hisses from some hardcore Harmony fans. Stephanie walks
quickly down the aisle and steps up onto the mat, glaring at her hated enemy,
who returns the icy gaze. The tension in
the arena is palpable.
“STEPHANIE IS 24 YEARS OLD!
HER PRO RECORD STANDS AT 150 WINS…30 LOSSES…AND 21 KILLS!!!”
“FIGHTERS…APPRACH THE CENTER OF THEMAT AND STAND BREAST TO
BREAST…MAKE NO ATTACK MOVES.”
MIDGE: “Ahhhh…it
seems The Executioner is introducing the usual Poison Lair Death match protocol
for this fight. We haven’t seen this yet
at The Mat Club!”
With no hesitation the two women stroll forward. In seconds they reach the center of the mat
and smash their breasts together as they glare into each other’s eyes with unmistakable
hatred. Some words are exchanged but it
is impossible to hear them.
“LADIES…THIS IS A FIGHT TO THE DEATH! DO YOU BOTH AGREE TO THIS BOUT?”
“YES!” They respond
with no hesitation.
“EXCELLENT! NOW RETURN
TO YOUR CORNERS> WHEN THE BELL RINGS…FIGHT!!!”
They push off each other and return to their corners. As they continue to glare at ach other across
the expanse of the mat, their perfect round breasts pump up and down as they anxiously
wait to get their hands on each other. The
Executioner disappears into the darkness surrounding the brightly illuminated fighting
area.
The tension in the giant sold out arena mounts….
And mounts….
And mounts….
DING!
DING! DING!
MIDGE: “They’re
circling!
MADGE: “Looks like
they are both being cautious!”
MIDGE: “Well, neither
of them are stupid. They have fought
many of times and they are well aware of each other’s abilities…”
CRACK!!! CRACK!!! CRACK!!! CRACK!!!
MIDGE: “OH THEY’RE
GOING AT IT NOW!!”
MADGE: “They’ve
already bloodied each other, Midge! This
fight is going to get NASTY, I’m sure of it!”
MADGE: “And they’re
locked up!”
Grunts and groans of effort ring out over the excitement of
the crowd as the two fighters struggle for control of the fight!
MIDGE: “They are
really going at it folks!”
THAP!
MADGE: “WOW! Right in the cunt! Stephanie definitely felt that!”
THUD!
MIDGE: “And a shot to
the gut! This is a straight up brawl!”
MADGE: “And they’re
down! This fight is definitely NOT going
to be a short fight!”
MIDGE: “No, but it
looks like Harmony is hurt! Stephanie
should move in on her quick!”
MADGE: “Now they’re
up on their knees. They’re circling again!”
MIDGE: “AND THEY’RE
AT IT AGAIN!”
MADGE: “They are really tearing into each other! What a fight!”
