THE NON MOTOR LAW
The
dismal state of the Earth at present has much to do with the ancient custom of
burning immense amounts of fossil fuels.
This was the main reason the icecaps melted, and also had been the
primary cause of most of the destructive wars that took place in the past. Therefore, fuel propelled vehicles of every
kind have been strictly banned by the NWC.
There are some forms of transport that are solar powered, but the vast
majority of human mobility in the present age is achieved by walking, by
cycling, horseback or by boat.
